And, sometimes we just need a little kick in the pants and a helping hand to get up and start moving.

I was feeling a little bit of imposter syndrome lately myself. So, I sat down and started doing some thinking. I looked back on the all the cool things I've done, the fun times, the hard times, the things that make me happy and the things that give me energy.

I turned these five short exercises into a simple sprint that will hopefully help someone else.

It's worked for me. And I think it can work for you too.

And if you’re thinking "this is just another one of those cringey and tired resume polishing/personal branding things"…it absolutely is not.

So, what is it?

It's five simple exercises over five days that will quiet that nagging and doubty voice in the back of your head, and get you moving forward again. You'll rebuild confidence, rebuild connections and build a little space in the digital world where you can tell your story.

Day 5, Build your Space: Build a little place for yourself to tell your story, share your perspective and attract people to you. Take back control of your own future.
